OwnerDianne established Phoenix Care Services Ltd in November 2005. Dianne has a background of working in the care sector for eight years with social services in Crawley.
After a two year gap Dianne decided to start her own care agency. Dianne registered the company with the commission for social care inspection, which is now the Care Quality Commission. She passed her Registered Managers award in April 2009 and has gone on to grow the company.
Dianne is a mother of five and has twelve grandchildren and a dog called Rosie and she enjoys spending time with all of them. On occasion when she gets the chance Dianne likes to go out for a meal and drinks with good friends.
Care co-ordinatorI have been with Phoenix Care Services for eight years and in those years I have gained many qualifications which include NVQ level 2&3 in health and social care, level 3 in end of life care, level 2 in the safe handling of medicines, a medication masterclass and many more.
Before joining Phoenix Care Services I was a qualified hairdresser which I enjoyed for many years. However, I decided I needed a different challenge which involved helping others with different needs and requirements.
I still carry out hairdressing for the customers we look after.
Sara and Sarah
Sara and Sarah are two of our professional carers.
I started working for Phoenix Care Services ltd when the company first established in 2005. I went on to gain a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social care, as well as qualifying as a Manual Handling Trainer in 2006.
I left the Company in 2011 to work with children from 0 – 8yrs. It was a lovely experience to work with children, however I found I missed caring for the elderly.
So here I am back again, mainly working in Accounts and providing care in the community.
I am a Mum to 1 Daughter and 3 Son’s.
My name is Rosie and I found my owner when I was a puppy, my previous owner had returned me because, (well I think she did not like me) (she gave me the name of Chumie) do I look like a tin of dog food? Then this lady came to visit me one day and she took me home with her, I did not much like that gadget on 4 wheels, it made me feel a bit sick.
When I got into my new home it was not so nice because they had wooden floors and I kept slipping all over the place,( mmmm I got my own way they have carpets now) I follow my new owner everywhere and she takes me to work with her and I get to see all those lovely ladies when they come into the office, (I like that gadget on 4 wheels now )
It was my birthday in August and I was 2, I like treats and I smile a lot, if I smile enough I get a treat, yes result!
I guard my office and Ladies well and I bark at strangers.
